That receptionist is a bit of a Dinosaur!


Today my travels took me to look at a HP printer which had an intermittent fault of banging every now and then also the printer had a broken network point. I see a lot of things in my travels around London but this is the first Dinosaur I have seen as a receptionist. The customer on site said, at least there is one person here older than me. This printer repair was quiet straight forward the noise arose after the customer changed her toner so and easy one today.

As for the network card the formatter must be replaced on this one. The formatter on a printer receives data form the computer transforms it to form an image and transfers it not a print job for machine engine control system. We love using compatible but customers need to always have a spare set on site.

Excellent customer service Contacted them about fixing a dead HP printer but decided it was quicker to replace it as our business can't function without one. Andrew in service recommended a Brother machine which is perfect for our requirements and Jeremy in sales arranged delivery by 10:30 the next morning (it arrived at 9:30!). I was in a tight spot and both of them did their utmost to help. I shall definitely be purchasing from them in future and highly recommend Diamondsource Ltd. Thank you.
