Oki C9655 with paper Jam

oki-jam printer

Yesterday I visited this Oki C9655 in Cavendish Square, London which had a paper jam the client was not able to find source of. This issue, although quite simple to fix, can cause a lot of damage to a printer unless resolved by a professional service engineer as it does involve taking most of the machine apart. The customer also stated the paper was being creased just before the paper jam occured, this indicates that the issue is in the fuser unit. I’m happy to report that once the all paper had been removed from inside the fuser unit and the printer was cleaned, the machine was up and running again.

Excellent customer service Contacted them about fixing a dead HP printer but decided it was quicker to replace it as our business can't function without one. Andrew in service recommended a Brother machine which is perfect for our requirements and Jeremy in sales arranged delivery by 10:30 the next morning (it arrived at 9:30!). I was in a tight spot and both of them did their utmost to help. I shall definitely be purchasing from them in future and highly recommend Diamondsource Ltd. Thank you.
