Our free repair and maintenance contracts
In order to qualify for our free repair and maintenance contracts you simply need to purchase two full sets of our toner cartridges for each of your printers. If you require a printer audit at the time of purchasing your toners, we will simply charge you for the parts you need. After the initial registration and providing you continue to buy toners from us, all of your future printer repairs and maintenance services will be free. Not only will you benefit from our free services, but also our affordably priced toners. Our toners may be cheaper than other brands, but they offer the same levels of quality, so you really can’t go wrong!
Not only are parts and labour included in the deal, but all consumables too, including fusers, transfer belts, transfer rollers and pickup rollers. The only consumables that are not included are drums. We will provide free labour to fit all of your new consumables (excluding toners) if required. If however there is a fault with your printer, we will happily change the toner for you, free of charge.
By purchasing our toners, you can also benefit from eight hour onsite response and free call outs. We will never leave you without your printer for long and will ensure that you are provided with a replacement loan printer if your printer cannot be fixed within sixteen hours. We will also carry a full service out on your printers every six months, ensuring they are performing to a high standard. Preventative maintenance will be carried out, to save you from running into problematic issues in the future.
One of the key benefits of our repair and maintenance contracts is that they are provided on a ‘no strings attached’ basis. We will not tie you into monthly or yearly contracts. You have the option to end the contract whenever you like, by simply buying your toners elsewhere.
