Brother Printer Repair for HL-L9200CDW Marks on prints

Today I was out fixing a Brother HL-L9200CDW which was reported to have marks on the print outs. The printer was also creating burning or plastic melting smell . You can see on the printer test prints that the marks go through all the prints and in the images of the printer it shows the back of the Brother Printer that the fuser unit that is damaged and this is what is causing the marks on the prints.

The fuser unit is the unit that is creates the heat to fuse the toner from cartridges to the paper.

Excellent customer service Contacted them about fixing a dead HP printer but decided it was quicker to replace it as our business can't function without one. Andrew in service recommended a Brother machine which is perfect for our requirements and Jeremy in sales arranged delivery by 10:30 the next morning (it arrived at 9:30!). I was in a tight spot and both of them did their utmost to help. I shall definitely be purchasing from them in future and highly recommend Diamondsource Ltd. Thank you.
